Brandlove®

Brandlove® is a new and unique market research tool, developed to provide rich new insights for brands.

The model builds on 20 years of psychological research into human relationships to probe the secrets of long-term brand loyalty, supported by Professor R.J. Sternberg.

Brandlove® framework

Assesses the three components which have been empirically shown to predict the stability of relationships.  The diagram below illustrates the types of relationships (in human terms) associated with different Brandlove profiles:

The model uses a range of quantitative & qualitative techniques to understand how to strengthen brand relationships:
